When God created human beings, he had special plans. You Were Created To Reign. The Bible clearly states that humans were created to reign.
The word of God is so powerful and it’s completely information packed, and it’s up to us to spend time in God’s word and understand what God has in store for us in the powerful word of God – The Book Bible. But you will not come to know the powerful truths that are there by yourself, neither am I going to understand anything from God’s word.
You Must Know The Truth!
But you got to understand one thing, Jesus said in John 8:32:
[Jhn 8:32 KJV] “32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
I repeat,
[Jhn 8:32 KJV] 32 “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
So Jesus said that you got to know the truth if you want to be free.
Many questions here, first of all free from what?
Secondly, what is the truth?
Okay one thing is clear, Jesus said that you got to know the truth. Now the truth is in the Word of God and there’s no doubt about it. Okay
now, how are we going to know this truth?
Let’s go to John Chapter 16 Verse 13
“When HE, the Spirit of truth is come, HE will guide you into all truth”
That’s exactly what we’re supposed to do. We’re gonna ask the Holy Spirit to come into our lives in order for Him to guide us into all truth. So there you have it – without the Holy Spirit it’s impossible for you and for me to try and understand what the truth is from the Word of God. So we’re going to ask in this channel, the Holy Spirit to come and teach us all the truth from the Word of God, because without the Holy Spirit it’s impossible for us to know the truth.
What Was God’s Original Intent When He Created The Planet Earth?
Before we start proceeding further, let’s dig a bit into the history to try and understand what was God’s Original Intent when He created this planet Earth. When God created this wonderful planet – the planet Earth, God had something very powerful in his mind!
When you understand what was in God’s mind, and what was God’s original intent, it will change the perspective of your life!
That’s why it’s so important that we understand this powerful secret.
Let’s go to Genesis, the first book of the Bible.
Let’s go to Genesis Chapter 1, Verse 26:
“and God said, let us make man in our image after our likeness and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth”
There you have it! God said “LET THEM HAVE DOMINION”!
CREATED TO REIGN
He said the HUMAN BEINGS will have dominion on this planet. It’s very important for you to understand this secret. God did not say LET US have dominion. Had He said that, the perspective and the dominion on this Earth would have been different. But God said “LET THEM have dominion”. He excluded himself. Make a note, it’s very important you understand thi Secret because when God said let them have dominion and He named everything and said over ALL THE EARTH. When God said that, it became a law. Whenever our God speaks something, it becomes a law! It becomes a universal law that nobody can change. God himself will not change it because that’s the very character of our God. That’s why God said “I will never change my words” and that’s why God is God. He cannot change what He has spoken. So when He said “let them have dominion”, He excluded himself, and it became a law.
Dominion Lost!
This is very important for you to understand. When Adam sinned and when he obeyed the devil, he lost the authority and dominion that was given to him over this planet and this authority and dominion of the planet got passed on to the devil satan. All the confusion, all the misery, the pain and everything is not because of God. It’s because of man, because the authority and dominion of this planet was given to man but man because of his sin passed this authority to the devil, and when the devil got the authority, he took it over and started reigning on this planet.
Okay, let us pause a little here….
We saw from the bible that God gave the dominion of this planet to man or human beings. Then i said that man passed on this dominion to satan by committing sin. Now do we have evidence of this? Can we prove this from the Word of God? Yes, we sure can and that’s exactly what we’re going to do now.
Evidence That Man Lost The Dominion Of Planet Earth
First of all, we established that man got the dominion on this planet from God. This is documented in Genesis Chapter 1, Verse 26 –
“and God said let us make man in our image after our likeness and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”
We also have another verse in the Bible that confirms this.
[Psa 115:16 KJV] 16 The heaven, [even] the heavens, [are] the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
Does Satan Have Dominion Over Planet Earth As Per The Bible?
Secondly, we need to check if satan even has dominion on this planet, right? Let us read
[Luke 4:5-7 KJV]
“5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.”
We’re all familiar with this incident but we don’t understand or realize the fact that is being presented here!
See what the devil says, “all this power will I give thee and the glory of them for that is delivered unto me.”
Underline “for that is delivered unto me”.
Satan is telling Jesus that he will give “all this power”. Well, what is “all this power” mean?
It means the dominion, right?
So satan says that he will give the dominion of this planet to Jesus. Satan also says that “it is delivered unto me”. Look at the word being used here “delivered”.
The Greek word being used here is Paradidomi. This means the following:
- to give into the hands (of another)
- to give over into (one’s) power or use
- to deliver to one something to keep, use, take care of, manage
- to deliver up one to custody
So something must have happened and someone has given up or delivered the dominion of this planet into the hands of the devil. So it’s time to see how and when this happened, and if we can prove this from the bible.
Let us read:
[Romans 5:12 KJV] 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
We know that this one man is none other than Mr. Adam.
Okay, so Adam sinned, for sure we know this. But how can we know or say that he passed on the dominion to the devil? Glad you asked! See what the Bible has to say to this question of yours.
[Rom 6:16 KJV] 16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
So when Mr.Adam obeyed the devil, he became a servant of the devil and it goes without saying that whatever dominion that Adam had automatically got passed on to satan! That is why satan boasts to Jesus saying that the dominion of this planet has been delivered to him.
It is also noteworthy that Jesus did not rebuke the devil for saying this. If this was a false statement, then Jesus would have obviously rebuked satan. But Jesus knew that it was a fact and so He did not counter that statement but instead gave a beautiful response by the Word of God stating:
[Luke 4:8 KJV] 8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
So, we have proven from the very Word of God, how God had given the dominion of this planet to man, but man passed on this dominion to satan.
Man Was Originally Created To Reign
How Does This Empower Me?
You may be wondering at this point in time that fine, we have proved the point, but what is the importance of this fact? How does it matter if satan has the dominion of this planet? What’s in it for me? How does this Empower me?
Well, let me tell you that this is very powerful information and a lot of things will be answered by this very significant fact.
But God was not caught by surprise! Everything is known to our God. The ultimate solution to this problem of man’s fault was none other than Jesus Christ. God said, “I will go to this planet as a man and I will take back the authority that fell into the wrong hands! …and that’s exactly what Jesus did!
Jesus The Ultimate Solution!
Jesus came to this planet exactly at the appointed time of God, and when He came, He destroyed the acts and works of the devil and He took back the authority of this planet and now He has given it into the hands of everyone who believes in Jesus! You and me have got the authority back on this planet, over our lives as long as we trust in Jesus!
These are powerful secrets that we’re going to be uncovering in the coming series!
But before we get into that, it’s of vital importance that you understand that from the time you’re born, you’re in a constant battle whether you know it or not! You’re in a spiritual warfare and that’s what the bible says!

There you have it! So from the time you’re born, you’re in a constant warfare, a spiritual warfare. But when you know the truth, that’s why Jesus said “when you know the truth, the truth will set you free!” ….and when you understand the powerful secrets that are there in God’s Word, you start reigning on Earth. You start reigning over your life…. and this channel does not belong to any denomination. We focus only on God’s word and we’ll be preaching and teaching exactly what the Word of God says.
On each episode we will focus on one of the truths that’s from the Word of God and we try to go in-depth into that. That’s why these are not long lectures that you are going to be hearing, but particular truths that we’ll be focusing on, and that’s why we call it as the nuggets.
